The quickest route is Facebook Messenger. That is where most player feedback arrives and where I am most likely to reply quickly.

Suggesting a video
Video suggestions are genuinely welcome and a good number of the clips in the game arrived this way. When suggesting one, it helps enormously if you can include:
- The artist and the song title
- The year, if you know it
- A YouTube link to the official video, if you have one to hand
A few honest words about what tends to get in. The clip has to be an official music video rather than a lyric video, a live performance or a fan edit. It has to be embeddable, which rules out a surprising number of well known videos where the rights holder has switched embedding off. And it has to work as a puzzle, meaning there needs to be something visually distinctive to see once the static clears. A video that is four minutes of a band standing still in a dark room is a fair video and a terrible puzzle.
The catalogue leans heavily towards the 1980s at the moment, because that is where the game started, so suggestions from that era slot straight in. But the game is expanding into other decades, so do not hold back a 70s, 90s or 2000s suggestion on the grounds that it does not fit. Those are exactly the ones I am collecting.
Reporting a problem
If something is broken, the most useful things you can tell me are what device and browser you were using, what you were doing when it went wrong, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot is worth a great deal.
If a video simply will not play, that is usually the rights holder restricting it rather than a bug, but it is still worth telling me so I can pull it from the catalogue and replace it.
